As your new travel program provider, we would like to familiarize you with the programs and services that we offer.  Our goal is to provide travel planning that is both cost effective and provides comforts and conveniences for you, the traveler.  You can expect courteous, timely and competent service.  If we ever fall short of your expectations in any way, we hope you will bring it to our attention.

Reservations can be made a variety of ways – by telephone, e-mail or using the ResX online booking tool (if set up for your corporation).

A primary and backup corporate travel specialist will be assigned to your account. You will be given a business card with the name/phone/email for both of these agents. In addition, if either one of these agents are not available our experienced corporate team will be happy to assist your travelers. The toll free number during business hours is 800-544-4480.  Reservations may be made Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Central Time.  Voice mail messages and e-mails sent after our normal working hours will be addressed first thing the next business day.

Emergency Service Center.  Travel changes en route or after normal business hours should be made through our Emergency Service Center.  The phone number for the Emergency Service Center is 888-366-5628.  The number is also included in the remarks section of your itinerary. A per call reservation fee is charged each time a traveler calls Emergency Service. Although the after-hours emergency service can assist travelers, for the highest level of service we suggest that travelers contact our agency whenever possible during business hours.

Air, Hotel & Car.  When making air arrangements, we will use a variety of technologies including the Internet and consolidators, that will ensure you receive the lowest fare available. Our reservation technologies, coupled with Carlson Wagonlit Travel’s Global Alliance Hotel Programme, ensure that we offer the best hotel rates in the industry.  Car Rental services will be offered through all major car rental companies.  Best rates, upgrades and free one-day usage will be offered whenever appropriate.

Company and Personal Profiles.   The company and personal profiles provided during implementation are a very important component to your program. Having your personal profile will help us understand some of the special services you prefer (e.g., vegetarian requirements, window seat preference, etc.).  Please provide whatever information that you have readily available.  We can add more info to your profile as we go.

Personal Travel.  We offer the world when it comes to personal travel and vacation planning.  We offer the largest selection in tours, resorts and cruises – and can design the perfect vacation for your interests and budget.
